Job Description

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They are expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Their role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Location: stores within a 35 kilometer radius of Store #8333, located at 1074 DEARNESS DR, LONDON, ON N6E 1N9.
