**Key Responsibilities:**

**Maintenance & Operations**

+ Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
+ Attend to guest room maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
+ Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance work.
+ Monitor and maintain lighting, air-conditioning systems, water supply systems, and other engineering equipment.
+ Ensure all engineering logs, checklists, and maintenance records are accurately maintained.

**Safety & Compliance**

+ Follow all hotel safety procedures and engineering SOPs.
+ Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and health regulations.
+ Report any safety hazards, equipment failures, or maintenance concerns immediately.
+ Support fire drills and emergency response procedures as required.
