Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a London based property and managing agent. It manages a wide variety of office space across the capital. As they grow, they are looking to hire a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the current team.

As the Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out a range of planned and reactive maintenance to whole buildings and office space for both landlords and tenants. You’ll cover a range a maintenance tasks that include M&E plant, lighting, AHU, FCU maintenance, and other minor works and smaller repairs all depending on the size of the office or building

The successful Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer can come from an electrical or mechanical background and must be qualified to at least Level 2 in their discipline. You will travel around central London using public transport and your travel will be covered. In addition, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
