Recruit4staff are representing a well-established FMCG manufacturer in their search for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in Shrewsbury
Job Details:
Pay: £55,620 per annum
Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 6-6 (days & nights)
Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality scheduled and reactive maintenance across the site. You will rapidly diagnose faults and restore equipment to service, identify root causes and implement cost-effective solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement and FMEA activities. This role involves working with electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical drawings, and applying basic automation skills for fault finding and resolution.
