About the Role
:We are looking for multi skilled operatives to join our team in Birmingham. These are dynamic roles where you’ll be responsible for carrying out multi-trade works across social housing properties. Depending on the role, you will either be delivering planned maintenance programmes or preparing void properties to a high standard ahead of re-let. No two days are the same, and your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success.
