Airswift is seeking an experienced Operations Technician with 7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee well operations including gas-lifted wells, ESPs, and three-phase separation.
• Manage gas compression, control board operation, and pipeline operation.
• Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Conduct regular checks, issue work permits, and interface with various support groups.
• Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production.
• Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
• Gather data in coordination with the Engineering team.
• Track and analyze test compression data.
• Conduct fluid level checks using echo meters.
