Multi - Skilled Technician

Job PurposeTo ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of building facilities and equipment by conducting regular inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out minor repairs. The role supports tenant and departmental service requests while maintaining compliance with building standards and operational reliability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building equipment and common area facilities while on duty.
Ensures that all equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to correct any noted defects.
Operates and monitors operations of exhaust fan, air conditioning, cooling system, lighting, etc.
Conducts weekly preventive maintenance on gen set, fire protection system, fire detection and alarm system and other electrical and mechanical equipment.
