Multi-Skilled Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and undertake periodic maintenance on all electrical equipment, components, and installations
• Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
• Ensure that equipment's are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and provide preventive maintenance services
• Supervise electrical works when new projects are undertaken
• Manage all reports regarding Maintenance and other related Works.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Proven working experience in Property Management.
• MS Office familiarity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. <...
