Job Description

  1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and facility equipment
  2. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  3. Conduct basic HVAC, plumbing, welding, and fabrication works as needed
  4. Repair motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and control panels
  5. Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime
  6. Conduct routine inspection and testing of tools, equipment, and safety devices
  7. Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of machinery
  8. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts usage
  9. Follow factory safety rules, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and SOPs
  10. Coordinate with production and engineering teams for maintenance activities
