Multi Skilled Technician

The Multi-Skilled Technician's primary role is to ensure the smooth functioning of various technical systems within the property, performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. This role is key to enhancing tenant satisfaction through prompt and efficient repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols.

Role Qualifications

1. Education : NC2 Certificate
2. Experience : Minimum of (3 to 5) years of project or operations management

experience related to engineering managed services.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, power, fire safety).
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters, thermometers) and CMMS for logging maintenance activities.
