Empty Homes team

We’re responsible for making sure the properties are re-let in a timely manner, working with our in-house Trades and also closely with sub-contractors ensuring Empty Homes are returned to new customers with all maintenance work and repairs carried out safely, and to the highest standard. We’re also work alongside housing and lettings teams, and new residents to make sure everything runs smoothly turning a empty home to warm, welcoming home.

We're looking for two Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Empty Homes team where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to Abri customers. You'll be working across Ascot, Windsor, Reading and Slough, and the surrounding areas.
