Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time

Driving licence: Required

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and well‑presented Maintenance Assistant / Multi Trader to support the upkeep of high‑end residential properties in the Knightsbridge area. You'll be working in luxury homes, so attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for residents' privacy are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating
• General handyman and multi‑trade tasks
• Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensuring properties are maintained to a premium standard
• Liaising with residents, contractors, and management
