- Do you read machine status lights and operator comments like a second language—and act before small signals become big failures?
- Are you comfortable jumping from an extruder heater to a chiller, then over to a compressor or blower without missing a beat?
- Does precision alignment, proper lubrication, and dynamic balancing feel like your reliability toolkit?
- Do you enjoy collaborating with electrical, process, and reliability partners to decide what gets fixed, when, and why?
What you will do
- Diagnose and prevent equipment issues by blending operator feedback, machine indications, and sound technical judgment.
- Service and improve process equipment: blowers, chillers, compressors, boilers, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, industrial HVAC, extruders, heaters, dehumidifiers, web conveyance, winding, and slitting systems.
