Overview
We're looking for an experienced Multifamily Client Manager to handle enterprise accounts, support complex portfolios, and deliver excellent client service. This role is ideal for someone who understands multifamily operations, works well with data, and builds strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise multifamily clients
• Lead client onboarding, demos, and training
• Monitor ILS accuracy, listings, and performance
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams and advocate for client needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily experience
• 5+ years in a client-facing or SaaS role
• Strong knowledge of ILS platforms and PMS/CRM systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
