Multilingual Customer Support Specialist (Any Regional Language)

We are looking for a multilingual professional who can connect us with reliable sources of conversational audio data from BPOs and call centers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to reach out to call center owners, managers, or decision-makers who can provide raw, high-quality audio data in multiple languages.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact BPOs, call centers, and data providers.
• Build relationships with owners/managers who can supply conversational or other raw audio data.
• Coordinate introductions and help secure access to the required datasets.
• Assist with basic documentation and agreement processes when needed.
