Multilingual Service Desk Agent

We are looking for Polish-speaking Service Desk Agent to join our team. You will provide technical support to Polish-speaking clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong technical and Polish language skills, with or without prior service desk experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Polish (speaking, reading, writing). Native speakers or non-native with C1-level proficiency are welcome.
• At least 2 years of experience in Technical Support (IT, software, hardware, or helpdesk). Service desk experience is optional.
• Minimum education: Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Must be a Filipino citizen living in the Philippines, or a foreign national with a valid PRV/TRV and current residence in the Philippines.
