Multimedia Artist for Short-form Video

Straightforward is looking for a Multimedia Artist – Video Specialist to craft emotionally resonant, platform-relevant video content that connects with our audience and elevates the brand's storytelling. This role focuses on producing both short-form and long-form video content across various digital channels, helping define how Straightforward moves visually and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the full video production process—from planning, shooting, to editing—for content across platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, IG Stories, and Facebook Reels.
● Produce 2 short-form videos daily, ensuring content is platform-optimized, engaging, and on-brand.
● Edit and deliver high-quality video content, applying strong narrative flow, visual pacing, and sound design.
● Create motion graphics and animated elements using After Effects or similar tools to enhance storytelling.
