Straightforward is looking for a Multimedia Artist to craft emotionally resonant, platform-relevant video content that connects with our audience and elevates the brand's storytelling. This role focuses on producing both short-form and long-form video content across various digital channels, helping define how Straightforward moves visually and emotionally.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end video production for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, producing 2 short-form videos daily.
Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and sound design; enhance visuals with motion graphics and animation.
Collaborate closely with the Brand Communications Team to execute content aligned with briefs and campaigns.
Stay informed on trends, algorithms, and audience behavior to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
Occasionally assist with photo editing, graphic design, and mentoring teammates on video production.
