Multimedia Artist/Designer

The Multimedia Artist Supervisor leads the creative execution of all visual and multimedia assets for real estate developments and special projects under the Marketing and Creatives department.
This role ensures strong brand consistency, high-quality creative output, and timely delivery across digital, print, OOH, events, and property marketing platforms.
The position combines creative leadership, hands-on design expertise, and team supervision, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing, property launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of multimedia artists, designers, and external creatives
Review, refine, and approve creative outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
Establish creative standards, workflows, and production timelines
