• Provide service and advice to customers in our sales points in Monthey, Nendaz, and Vernayaz, as well as by phone and in writing (emails/letters).
• Manage and retain clients.
• Supervise the overall management of the client from commissioning to following up.
• Ensure the maintenance of sales points (cash management and stock).
• Actively participate in sales development.
• Make outgoing calls to promote additional products and services.
• Approach new clients and propose cross-selling.
