In search of storytellers

At The Habitat Foundation, a significant part of our work involves shining a light on unsung conservation causes and helping to translate complex scientific findings into compelling stories that are able to move and motivate people to make a change. Biodiversity, the environment and sustainability are at the centre of issues affecting human wellbeing and balanced development. We are looking for talented and committed individuals that are able to assist us in communicating our work through a variety of visual, video and written outputs. A limited number of Habitat Multimedia Internships are available to students of journalism and multimedia looking to gain experience and exposure to nonprofit communications for the industrial training component of their degrees. There is an option to be based in either Petaling Jaya and Penang for 4-5 months. A modest stipend is provided.
