Multimedia Lead

As an Assistant Multimedia Lead , you are the visual and production brain of the Creatives Department, the one who sets the bar for content quality, drives process innovation, and ensures our Multimedia Specialists are both inspired and productive .

You’ll lead a team of shooters/editors who produce platform-native video for some of the country’s biggest brands. You’ll also work closely with Content Strategy Leads and Producers to assign, guide, and QC visual output across high-volume projects from daily social assets to mini-campaigns worthy of international awards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and maintain high standards for design, editing, and visual storytelling
• QC and approve outputs before final submission to ensure they meet brand, platform, and creative expectations
• Serve as a mentor and coach to upskill editors and junior content creators
