JOB DESCRIPTION:

Team Leadership and Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications and budgets.
• Oversee and manage a team of designers, assigning tasks, setting project timelines, and ensuring all team members stay on schedule and meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Review and approve final designs, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all projects.
• Attendance in key meetings needed such as briefings, brainstorming sessions, oculars, pre prod, supplier meetings, post mortem, etc to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
