Multimedia Specialist (BOG)

Role Objective: Execute the production, recording, and editing of audiovisual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications, working from ideas and creative guidelines defined by the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the editing of content for social media and internal channels
• Cover internal and external events
• Produce audiovisual assets for campaigns, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives
• Execute audiovisual pieces based on creative briefs, scripts, and references provided
• Apply guidelines related to framing, pacing, tone, and overall visual style
• Adapt audiovisual content to different formats and platforms
• Organize, back up, and manage audiovisual files and assets
• Adjust audiovisual pieces based on creative feedback
