Job Description:

Responsible for all in-house design requirements for the organization based on the talent acquisition plan. Liaison with external agencies to ensure the brand guidelines and corporate design are adhered to. Multimedia specialists create content using video, photography, graphics, illustrations, and sound, and their work is used on the web and in mediums including television, movies, and interactive entertainment. They design, develop, and deliver aesthetically pleasing and engaging media packages.
Understand project requirements of stakeholders (Talent Acquisition) and come up with a design brief. Create design for all marketing assets and collaterals for internal and external channels.
