WHAT YOU WILL DO (Responsibilities)

• Ride & Shoot: Join the Swarm Team on deployments. Capture high-quality video and pictures of site installations, cabling, server setups, and team briefings.

• The Velocity Edit: Produce 3-4 short-form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok) per week. Turn a 12-hour installation into a high-energy 30-second time-lapse.

• Real-Time Storytelling: Interview our engineers and clients on-site. Capture the Before (chaos) and After (clean LMI structure) moments.

• Content Management: Manage the company’s Facebook and TikTok pages. Ensure we post consistently to dominate the local algorithm.

• Support Sales: Create quick Case Study videos that our Sales Directors can show to prospective clients to close deals.
