What success looks like Jem content is consistently sharp, on‑brand, and fast to deliver
Video becomes a core in‑house capability (customer stories, event content, employee experience)
Creative production is meaningfully faster through AI‑enabled workflows
Marketing and Revenue teams rely on you as a high‑impact creative partner
Jem’s visual identity is clearly elevated across all channels What you’ll do Own visual execution across Jem’s brand system (sales decks, proposals, one‑pagers, onboarding content, Whats App assets, event collateral)
