Multisector Evaluation Lead: Baseline & Endline

The International Rescue Committee is looking for a consultant to lead evaluations for their humanitarian projects targeting Afghan refugees in Pakistan. The consultant will be responsible for conducting endline and baseline evaluations, ensuring ethical data collection, and producing detailed reports.

Qualified candidates should have a postgraduate degree in a relevant field and proven experience in leading evaluations. Candidates fluent in local languages are highly preferred as strong communication skills are essential for this role.
