Multiskilled Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and fix issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property management teams for specialized repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Keep records of maintenance work and inspections.
• Follow safety rules and company maintenance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
• 2 years' experience in property maintenance or facilities management.
• Hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, or general repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and building codes.
• Team player with good communication skills.
