Municipal Foreman

Position Summary LEMOINE is seeking an experienced Foreman to support our Municipal Construction Team on the Meta Data Center project. This is an advanced field leadership role responsible for assisting the Superintendent with daily site operations, crew supervision, safety enforcement, and production planning. The Foreman plays a critical role in ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and LEMOINE standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Superintendent with day-to-day field supervision, administrative tasks, and coordination of work activities. Supervise, direct, and manage craft labor and subcontractors, including work assignments, productivity, and personnel oversight. Conduct daily inspections of assigned work areas to identify unsafe conditions or behaviors and take corrective action.
