The firm is known for providing strategic, client-centered legal services to municipalities, special districts, and other public entities throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft ordinances, resolutions, and related municipal documents
• Advise clients on open meeting laws, land use, planning, and zoning
• Provide legal guidance on conflicts of interest, election law, and free speech issues
• Support public safety initiatives and compliance matters
• Attend and provide counsel during public agency meetings
