SANTANDER TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS is looking for a MUREX SUPPORT REPORTING SPECIALIST We need somebody like you to help us in different fronts: Strongly serving and supporting the client and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customer. Providing all support to the teams with criteria and determination. Follow with different teams the development and test evolution. Removing impediments/risks. Active participation to remove impediments or finding the right personnel to remove the risks. Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution. Contribution of possible solutions with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information.
