Museum Executive

Location: No. 1, Jalan Bijeh Timah, 30000 Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia

Working Days/Hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Rest Day on Monday)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform daily museum operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and comfort across both the internal and external areas of the museum.
• Enhance the visitor experience by providing informative and engaging tours.
• Conduct tour briefings and guided tours as needed.
• Manage crowd flow and coordinate registration and visitor movement.
• Provide attentive and courteous customer service to all visitors and handle inquiries.
• Patrol the museum and surrounding areas to ensure order and upkeep.
• Handle communications and correspondence (both online and offline).
• Support museum promotion, visitor services, development, and operations.
