Music education tutoring for beginner to intermediate piano lessons

I’m looking for a patient and enthusiastic music tutor to provide piano lessons for a beginner to intermediate level. The student is a 12-year-old who has had a few short lessons and can read basic music notes. I’d like a structured plan focusing on reading sheet music, rhythm, and proper technique, with short practice assignments between sessions. Ideally, lessons would cover 60 minutes once a week, with occasional longer sessions before exams or performances. Preference for someone who can incorporate a mix of theory and practical playing, and who can adapt to the student’s pace. Basic piano is available at home. Must be reliable, communicative, and able to provide progress updates.
