Music Tutor - Cello

Melbourne Grammar School is seeking a Cello Music Tutor to teach individual instrumental lessons and lessons within the Year 2 Strings Program to students in our Junior School, Grimwade House (Prep - Year 6). The Cello Music Tutor will work as a member of a highly dedicated Music Department, teaching students in an individual setting and through ensembles. 

This role commences in April 2026 and will involve sufficient work for 1 day a week to begin, with the expectation for it to rise to 2 days throughout 2026.

• Teach individual instrumental lessons
• Prepare students for performances / workshops and Year 2 class for lessons and ensemble.
• Support the Teacher in Charge with teaching repertoire and lessons.
