What is the opportunity?

Working for the transfer agent you will be processing all unit holder transactions for both registered and non‑registered products. Your responsibilities also include responding to account inquiries on a timely basis, identifying and resolving issues, and providing administrative support for internal advisory channels. As part of this dynamic team, you will be expected to master various specialist roles as you progress through the department.

What will you do?

• Process all Mutual Fund Transactions for individual, accredited and institutional investors
• Verify that all proper paperwork is received and complete; also ensure that appropriate follow‑up takes place for any outstanding issues
• Ensure that all compliance and procedures are accurate
• Document and update procedure manuals and workbooks where required
• Represent the team in various working groups
