MWP -Microwave Planning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced MW planning Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in microwave equipment integration, installation, and commissioning. This role is ideal for professionals with solid field experience and the ability to lead technical teams for smooth project execution.

Job Description ;

• Hands-on experience with transmission planning tools (Pathloss / iRiver)
• Ability to plan, design, and optimise transmission networks, including MW link level planning, radio frequency planning, capacity & topology planning, and interference analysis
• Ability to evaluate the existing network for capacity expansion
• Ability to verify technical site surveys and line-of-sight surveys
• To communicate with customers and to propose a suitable solution based on requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor equipment
