We are seeking creative, self-driven and highly organized sales professionals to help us grow the business in the region. This role involves understanding customer needs, mapping them with our software solutions, and supporting the sales process to close deals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
Engage with customers to understand their requirements and manage the sales process.
Identify customer needs and align Zoho's software solutions accordingly.
Work closely with pre-sales engineers to recommend suitable solutions.
Collaborate with product teams and continuously update product knowledge.
Manage both online and offline sales and account management activities.
Identify and nurture mid-market accounts, recognizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with technical consultants and the sales team.
