•To provide internal/external customers with the highest quality service by handling operational documentation to ensure timely shipping arrangement and shipment closing.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
Handling all Ocean shipping documentation.
Responding promptly to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries.
Ensuring work accuracy and full compliance with customs procedures.
Coordinating shipment requests with customers and shipping partners.
Communicating with carriers to secure export bookings.
Providing proactive updates to customers on shipment progress.
Declaring customs permits.
Coordinating pickup and delivery arrangements.
Updating key shipment milestones in the operations system promptly.
Preparing sales invoices and matching purchase invoices with vendor costs.
Maintaining shipment trackers and operational reports.
