Job Description
Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a MyHR Portal Content Management Specialist for their Austin, TX/Hybrid location. Responsibilities:
+ Portal & Content Operations:
+ Provide day-to-day operational support for the MyHR employee self-service portal built on ServiceNow, ensuring content accuracy, visibility, and consistency.
+ Manage the end-to-end knowledge article lifecycle, including publishing support, ongoing maintenance, expiration tracking, refresh coordination, and content retirement.
+ Monitor system notifications and reports related to article expiration and content hygiene; proactively engage content owners to drive timely remediation.
+ Content Quality & Governance Enforcement:
+ Review and remediate content issues impacting employee experience, including:
+ Missing or incorrect topic tagging
+ Incorrect template usage
+ Governance or standards non-complianc...
