Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented MYOB / Accounts and Administration Assistant to support Australian finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience using MYOB, prior experience working with an Australian company, and a solid understanding of the Australian taxation system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions using MYOB, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on outstanding payments
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with payroll processing and superannuation requirements
  • Support BAS preparation and compliance
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support as required
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, accountants, and external vendors
