Job Description

  Position Summary:  We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for conducting undercover evaluations of various businesses, including retail stores, restaurants, and service providers. Your feedback will play a crucial role in helping our clients enhance their customer service and operational efficiency.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Visit assigned locations and conduct mystery shopping assignments as per guidelines.
 Evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall experience.
 Observe and report on employee interactions, store cleanliness, product displays, and compliance with company standards.
