Qualifications
BA in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or process improvement engineering or similar field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and flow control and power systems.
Experience with Autocad.
Experience in automotive industry (a plus).
Continuous improvement and lean tool experience.
Proficient with MS Office.
Responsibilities
Lead the organization to better, faster, stronger by identifying, developing and implementing process improvements and standard work procedures in all areas of the facility.
Perform and evaluate work measurement and workflow analysis for the establishment of standards and utilization of production facilities.
Develop plant and equipment layout, capacity plans, workflow and accident prevention measures to maintain efficient and safe utilization of plant facilities.
