operation. The incumbent should have team handling experience and may seek
appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality
outcomes.
Responsibilities
Maintain customer receivables.
Ensure achievement of collection targets with
email follow ups and calls to customers and reduce outstanding ageing bucket.
Track payments and timely application of payments.
Analyse accounts and escalate issues/take appropriate action in a timely
manner.
Monthly reporting/tracking of the portfolio handled
