Qualifications:
Previous salon experience preferred but not required
Knowledge of nail products, tools, and sanitation standards
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel, acrylics, and nail art.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate services
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in accordance with state board regulations
Sterilize tools and equipment properly before and after each service
Promote salon services, products, and specials to clients
Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business
