Nanny

We’re a busy Fort McMurray family looking for the right person to step into a house manager / nanny role and help keep life organized during the week.
Between work, kids’ activities, and everything else, we need someone who can come in, take ownership, and just make things easier.
What the role looks like:
Helping with school pickups and kids’ schedules
Keeping the house running (laundry, tidying, staying on top of things)
Light meal prep / lunches
Running the odd errand
Being an extra set of hands where needed
This is less about strict task lists and more about having someone who can look around and say, “I’ve got this.”
We’re looking for someone who:
Is organized and naturally takes initiative
Is great with kids but also strong on the household side
Is reliable and consistent (this is a big one for us)
Can work independently and keep things moving
