Nanny-Sinjali Family

Salary: $20.85 per hour. Overtime pay at 1.5 times employee’s regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

(Monday – Friday) (30 hours per week)

Work Experience: 7 Months to less than 1 year
Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid
Language: English

Responsibilities

• Supervise & care for the child.
• Prepare formula and feed the child, give the child a bath, change clothes and diapers.
• Prepare the child for naps and rest time.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; instruct child in personal hygiene.
• Tend to the emotional well‑being of child and support social development; discipline child according to the methods requested by the parents.
• Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings.

Good communication and decision making abilities are essential. Must be flexible.
