Nanny

We are a professional family based in West Vancouver seeking a dedicated and long-term family assistant to support our household as we prepare to welcome a baby.
This is a long-term position that will evolve over time, starting with household support and gradually transitioning into a combined household and childcare role.
Initial phase (during pregnancy):
* One day per week
* Detailed cleaning, laundry, and household organization
Second phase (after baby arrives):
* Approximately three days per week
* Household management including cleaning, laundry, and simple, healthy meal preparation
Long-term:
* Expanded hours and responsibilities
* Involvement in childcare as the baby grows
We are looking for someone who:
* Takes pride in maintaining a well-run, organized home
* Is discreet, reliable, and detail oriented
* Has prior experience in private households; childcare experience is an asset
