This individual will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the HWSE/Benefits Applications, ensuring seamless integration into our organization. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Benefits Implementation, including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
