Natalie looking for a babysitter or nanny in East Gwillimbury

Hello! We are looking for an extra set of hands to help with our toddler! Shes two and shes amazing - see shes sweet, curious, bright, engaged, hungry to learn, social and very independent. We just had a newborn baby a few days ago and want to make sure she gets the attention she needs now that there are two! Shes not in daycare and I (mum) am home with the girls all the time BUT am also trying to balance work because I do own my own business. The extra help will be very welcome :)
We are looking for someone who is comfortable staying off their phone/screens to be fully present with our daughter, who is patient, kind and gentle. And a non-smoker. We do live on a rural property (so theres tons of room to run around outside and play) with chickens and a dog.
